1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ADDEVO app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ADDEVO is an AI-powered task management application that helps you prioritize and manage your tasks. Features include task creation, prioritization, calendar sync, focus timer, and push notifications.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payments are processed by Wix Payments. By subscribing, you agree to Wix's terms of service.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for paid features. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your task data remains yours.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, users, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
